The Bylaws and Procedures Committee creates and maintains the rules and regulations by which the SCNC operates. This committee drafted the Bylaws and Operating Procedures, which were adopted by the SCNC Board in 2005.

 

Bylaws and Procedures Committee meetings are normally held at 7pm on the 4th Monday of the every month or as need arises. You can view and download our meeting agendas and minutes in PDF format here.
