From the SCNC Bylaws:

"Stakeholders" are defined as individuals who live, work, or own property within the boundaries of the Studio City Neighborhood council. In addition, individuals who are identified by participation in educational or faith-based institutions, community services, youth, business and special-interest organizations that are located in the community and that meet regularly in the community are considered to be community Stakeholders.
